Description
An anthem in gospel style.
This choral anthem was written for the choir of Centenary United Methodist Church in Lambertville, NJ. It was commissioned by Pastor Anna Gillette for use during her Eastertide sermon, "Gone Fishin': Fishing Tales from the Gospels" in conjunction with Lambertville's annual Shad Fest, held when the shad come through their part of the river.
This arrangement is designed for use by two-part choir with soloist and piano.

The lyrics provide the church a truthful look at the way we go to church and our need to get outside the walls and do the work of evangelism.
Themes: Evangelism, Fishing, Witnessing, Missions
Seasons/Sundays: Any Sunday when the emphasis is on evangelism or outreach
